There are many online stores selling Hoodia.
Try to get a pure product - not something that has been "cut" with other substances.

Hoodia - The "Miracle" Weight Loss Supplement
An Independent Review
There has been a lot of talk recently about Hoodia. It has featured on Oprah, and on other TV shows.
Movie stars and celebrities around the world are using it to increase their energy levels and to control their weight.
Hoodia is supposedly used by Kalahari Bushmen to ward off hunger and thirst during long hunting trips in the desert.
Claims have been made that Hoodia can suppress your appetite and make dieting easy.
Sounds great, doesn't it! But is it too good to be true?

The Top Ten Site decided to investigate.

First we looked into the history of Hoodia - and the Kalahari Bushmen.
There is no doubt that Kalahari Bushmen have been using Hoodia for centuries - and not just to stave off hunger.
They also use it to give them extra energy, as sexual stimulant and to enhance their mood.

Using a small group of volunteers - ie The Top Ten Site staff! - we conducted our own Hoodia trial.
We tried Hoodia for three months. Unfortunately our results were inconclusive - but we can tell you this...
  1. Hoodia is NOT a miracle cure for obesity.
  2. It DID suppress the appetite of ALL of our volunteers - but for most of them this effect didn't last beyond two weeks.
  3. ALL of our volunteers reported higher energy levels for the first two weeks - but this effect didn't last for most of them.
  4. ONE volunteer said it made him feel like "The King of The World". He is definitely a new man! He now swears by Hoodia.
  5. SEVERAL of our volunteers lost weight - but most of them said that the "Hoodia effect" faded as time went on.
In fairness to Hoodia, we should point out that only one of our volunteers, "The King of The World", was seriously overweight.
Also, this was not a genuinely "scientific" test, and it was not conducted under "laboratory conditions".

Our Advice Regarding Hoodia?
If you are seriously overweight then Hoodia is worth a try - but don't expect miracles.
