more than 12 years experience in London's top kitchens.
In 2007 he returned to Bude, to fulfil his dream of running a
first class restaurant in his home town.
And what a lovely little restaurant he has created!
Housed in Bude Castle - the town's finest landmark building
- this intimate, stylish restaurant commands fabulous views
over Bude Harbour, Bude Canal, The River Neet,
Summerleaze Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and informal -
and the food is absolutely superb!
